MY STORY

I have always had an interest in mental health and human behavior, so I pursued those interests at Tulane University as a Psychology major. After I graduated, I took a different path and began my career working in fashion in New York City. After a successful career at Free People and Tory Burch, I realized that I needed a change. I became an Account Manager at a tech company with a focus on fashion clients. But then COVID hit. As the entire world shut down and faced unexpected and difficult challenges, I was faced with the reality that I was not fulfilled or passionate about my career path.

After months of research and self reflection later, I realized that what I found most fulfilling was helping friends and acquaintances work through personal and relationship issues. That was when I discovered life coaching. I decided to return to my interest in mental health and human behavior and enrolled in a ten-month life coach training program with iPEC. The program, and the coaching I did as part of their training, helped me confirm that I was strongly drawn to and fulfilled by helping individuals move forward in their lives.

In particular, I wanted to work with men and women in their personal relationships and in their dating lives. From years of dating and being single myself, speaking with different people about their own dating journeys, listening to podcasts, and reading many books on the topic - I knew this was what I was passionate about.

I am a strong believer that there is so much power in being single and that the self work done during those times are formative to who you are as a person and in any personal relationship. There is unparalleled value in being confident in who you are, learning to love yourself, finding your independence and recognizing your self worth. By having those key components, that is when you can foster healthy and loving relationships with family, friends and partners. There is nothing I find more fulfilling than helping others feel confident and secure whether they are single, dating or in a committed relationship.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me exploring all that Austin has to offer including swimming at Barton Springs, finding the city’s best tacos, going on boat days with friends and walking around Lady Bird Lake.
